Sick Day!!

I can definitely tell when Aiden is sick. It's when I don't hear "mom come play with me" every two minutes. Poor little guy All day today and yesterday he laid on the couch. Yesterday he slept all day and today he watched toons all day and his favorite movie "sky high". What luck the day my insurance goes away (I got laid-off) my kid gets sick he hasn't been sick all year long and now he gets it. Although it's sad that your kids get sick but sometimes I enjoy it because they just want to be cuddled.


Mickey and Me.......
Since big brother has been sick Mason had to find a new replacement oh and he did. He has been playing with Aiden's big Mickey the mouse doll. It is so hilarious he calls it his "baby" and he seriously treats it like his baby. Well micah here is the girl we don't have yet. He he!! Mason made me rock mickey and sing him a lullaby because he kept saying "ky ky" meaning the mickey was crying and i had to hold him to make him stop. Seriously this went on for a good 2 hours. Then he wanted mickey to have diaper on so i put a diaper on him and Mason wouldn't get dressed until I dressed mickey....so yep i had to find some baby clothes to put mickey in ...Oh! and that wasn't it and the mickey needed a "bop" which in the magleby house is another name for his sippy cup. Finally he wrapped mickey in a blanket and he put him to sleep. What a relief for mom. Caring for mickey all day was wearing me out. Oh and the funny thing is that he was feeding mickey his gogurt ...yep it was all over mickeys mouth. Ugh! what a mess. Then today he wouldn't bath unless mickey bathed so he put him in the shower while he took a bath. Then after he set him down and pretend to read a book to him. I have to say this is good training I guess for when we have another. Just relatively speaking!
