Catching up

This month has been full of Family reunions we did the annual 4- wheeler ride which is so much fun. This time instead of strapping on a car seat to the end of the 4wheeler we rented a Rhino so the whole family can go together it worked out nice especially when the kids fell asleep. Mason was sooo good although he didn't like the goggles on all the time and he didn't like the wind in his eyes he would hide under his blanket the whole time I thought he was sleeping but when we stopped he would poke his head out until we started back up again and would get under his blanket and wouldn't move.

The trip starts in central valley at grandpa staples house and we head up the mountain and we went to monroe peak which was the tallest peak in the valley this year it was a bit chilly up there and it rained on us a little. Then we headed to magleby mountain where the kids can play for a bit and have lunch.....this is where Micah decided to go chase the moo cows again with the kids. It was funny because I was eating lunch and then I heard his cousin say "What did the genuis do this time" and I looked over the valley and saw that he was talking about Micah and he was burried in two feet of mud. Since the four wheeler made it last week over the same spot he thought the rhino would make it over....he he little did he know. It took three 4-wheelers to pull him out. As we headed down the mountain we were almost to the end This trip takes all day from about 9 am and we got back at 5:00 in time for the rest of the reunion in richfield at 6:00. Anyways we were almost to the end when cousin Walt hit a rock and it bounced him and the four wheeler off the road down the side of the mountain and he happened to get stopped by a trip and the handle bars jammed into his ribs....he was pain. Good thing he is doctor he knows what to do. They had to get a tow truck to come his wheeler out. It's a good thing it wasn't worse it could have been. For the rest of us we all made it safely down the mountain. It was a long and fun trip. Can't wait for next years.
