Almost there

Wow it's been awhile since Ive posted....my computer is full and I can't download any pictures so its no fun to just write without posting pictures. Anyway...I went to the doc today....Hoping he would say okay lets induce you on wednesday, it was all hope. Instead I got a lecture to not stand on barstools while washing windows cuz i fell and scarred up my leg pretty bad. At first he thought I had a bad experience at shaving my legs. ha ha. Anyhoo he said he can't induce until next thursday because he will be out of town for a week.....UGH a week and a half seems way to long I am so ready to have this baby and so are the boys Mason still says everyday when is baby brother coming. He says he is ready to brush his teef, rock him to sweep and even change his poopies....its funny because Aiden and Mason are fighting over who's going to change the diapers. I'm excited less baby changing for me woohoo!. So the count down is on for Oct 1st I guess its time to finally decide on a name!

Lawn Mower takes over!!!!!!

We were outside today pulling some weeds. And the neighbor kid was mowing his lawn and Aiden said can I mow our lawn. I said ya so he went and got the lawn mower and I started it for him and put it on the lowest gear there was. Our lawn mower just wips you around if you are on the highest speed. So Aiden started to mow it and he was doing really good and turned the corner and the next thing I saw was Aiden on the ground being dragged by the lawn mower. I am laughing right now writing this but it scared him to death. He was headed into our window well. Unfortunately I forgot to tell him how to slow down when you turn a corner and the most important part is how to stop the lawn mower he was still pushing on the bar. I ran for him and was yelling for him to let go by the time I pulled him away from the lawn mower he was only inches away from the lawnmower taking him down into the window well and some of my flowers were mowed over. Poor little kid after I pulled him away from the beast of a lawn mower he started to cry and was shaking. But now seeing it in my head it was kind of funny I wish I could do a reinactment to take a picture. Hopefully that wont scar him forever.



Mason moment.....
I have to write this down before I forget.
The other night mason was just laying on the couch watching some toons. He sat up and said mommy where was I buried before I was born. At first I didn't understand him he had to repeat himself a few times then I finally figured it out and then he said mommy where were you buried before you were born.
(In English) he meant where were we before we were born. I told him we were in heaven with Heavenly Father he is still trying to understand that we were there before we were born and we go there after we die. Hes only 3 for him to just randomly think about that makes me so curious of what is constantly going on in his little head. He asks the most random questions just like Aiden did.


A few other milestones I need to journal.......

Aiden now can read 5 out of his BOB books all by himself his goal is to read all 18 before kindergarten and his reward is a new lego set. Yes legos motivate that kid He loves them.

He finally learned how to tie his shoes so now all he likes to wear are his shoes with laces. He can tie a double knot. He is so proud of that too and shows everyone that he knows how to tie his own laces.

Mason has mastered his scooter, him and Aiden saved up for months to buy new scooters. They finally earned enough money to buy them. It took Mason a few weeks, now he thinks he can jump off curbs and do bunny hops on his scooter.....I have to say that kid goes so fast down those hills. So far he has only got 8 owies on his knees. I'm sure there is more to come and every time he just comes in gets it cleaned up and is back on his scooter. He thinks he is one of the big boys now.


For me I am now 30 weeks and only 10 weeks to go....and I am so ready, not so much the baby yet but for my bodies sake.....its to the point where you cant bend down and walking up and down the stairs I feel like im going to pass out. I guess thats a sign that I am out of shape.
And Every day Mason asks when is baby brother coming out to play. He is so excited and hopefully he stays excited when the new baby comescomes.

The last few weeks

I have to say that I miss the rain....this morning was perfect weather to be outside and playing and now its scorching hot. Wouldn 't the days be perfect if it rained throughout the day just to cool you off. I loved it when it was overcasted maybe because i'm pregnant so the heat is just so draining to me right now. Although I don't miss my kids coming in wet everyday from jumping on the tramp after it just downed poured.

This is the first 4th of July that we have not had anything planned ....it's weird being home and not having anything to go to ....my side of the family always has our reunion during the 4th but this year apparently there isn't one. We are just hanging out playing outside. Later we will go to the fireworks but I have to say it has been quite a peaceful and nice day today. The last few weeks we have been busy with activities its been quite eventful so it's nice to take a break.


The last few weeks....
We rode the tram up to snowbird....my boys loved it, there favorite part was playing in the snow once we reached the top and feeding the little squirrel popcorn.( although you weren't suppposed to feed them) it kept them entertained. And there was this crazy skier who skied down the mountain. I'm not sure what he did once the snow melted half way down.

Stuff to journal about

Since I use my blog more for journaling than any other reason.......I have to take the time to write down a few things that Aiden and Mason have said....so then I can go back and put it there books.....

Funny story
I remember seeing on Aidens calendar for the month of May that he was making a mothers day gift in school. Well days went by and I don't remember him bringing anything home I always check his backpack....well after mothers day I asked Aide did you make anything...he said Nope! A month went by and I was cleaning his room and under his bed I found this big pink envelope that said "TO MOM ...LOVE AIDEN" inside it was a big heart with his hand prints on it. I asked him whats this and he said my teacher told me to put it under my bed and then I said did she tell you when to give it to me and he said No. Ha ha.....he was really sneaky because I never saw it when I picked him up. It was so cute too.

AIDENS PRESCHOOL GRADUATION

Oh is he really that old already......I can't believe his preschool years are over . He is so ready for kindergarten and can't wait. He had a blast this year in his class he absolutely adored his teacher. She was so good with them. He loved all the art work they did every day .....for a preschool class they did some amazing artwork so creative.

He had his preschool program the other day which of course was a singing program and for Aiden its not his favorite thing....he likes singing he just doesn't like doing the hand motions and he hates being in front of a crowd so for every program so this year by the end of the program all you can see is his feet because they sit on this long table and he scoots back so people can't see him. It is hilarious and then the teacher taps on his foot to nudge him to scoot forward and then all the parents grin and smile and look at us. He was so excited to graduate and worked hard he had a goal to read these books the teacher passed out every week and he passed them all off.

AIR SHOW

There favorite plane because it was Orange. Aidens favorite color.

This was Aidens favorite part, this is the plane that feeds gas to other airplanes in the air so he got to go inside the nose of the plane to see where it opens up to give gas.

I had Mason stand next to this monster truck tire to compare in size and the funny part is after taking his picture he walked over to this truck which was just a normal truck and stood by this tire (picture down below) and said cheez!!!! Ha ha I guess he thought i just wanted to take pictures of all the tires.

I have never been to an air show before so I didn't quite know what to expect but now I do first of all 1. bring chairs or a blanket to sit on the pavement isn't the most comfy place to sit for a long time. 2. Bring your own lunch - standing in line at the chinese booth for 45 minutes is not fun with crying kids that are starving and fighting over a churro because we only had enough cash for one to share. 3. sunglasses - my head was pounding at the end of the day it was so bright and the pavement made it ten times worse from the reflection of the sun. 4. Earplugs -- because 2 dollars a piece is insane for those little ear pluggers so bring your own.

Besides all the stuff that we didn't prepare for it was Fun the kids loved it and they could not get enough of touring every helicopter and plane they had ....seriously we had to go through everyone. They were amazing I couldn 't believe how big some of these planes were it just amazes me how they even get off the ground.

The new generation

Today my little Mason discovered something else that shows movies on the tv.
It was so funny....we were at grandma and grandpa magleby and Mason went downstairs and soon came up with the movie Free Willey which he hasn't seen he liked the picture of the whale so he came over to Micah and opened up the case and just stared at it with this weird expression and then looked up and said "Is this a movie?" sort of in disbelief. My Mason has never seen a video before he thought it was the weirdest thing I just had to laugh. Are we that old?

And then earlier today we were cleaning some cubbards and Aiden found this odd looking camera.....he said where do I see the picture and Micah said through the little hole he said No where do I see the picture and Micah said again through this little hole. He said No DAD where do I see the picture after I take it. Oh micah said that doesn't have a screen with the picture. Haha....technology has come along way in just a few short years. Seriously I felt so ancient that my son didn't know what a camera used to look like or the fact that my other son had never seen a video before. Soon we will say what ever happened to those dvds ....i hope sooner than later because they are so not practical with little kids around, half of our movie collection we can't watch anymore because they are all scratched.

prego vs not prego

Okay so is it true or false.....do most pregnant moms have episodes where they just loose it and just start crying or getting mad over something really stupid? I honestly say that I am blaming it on being pregnant. Seriously I just had a jerry springer episode. I feel kind of bad but not really the sad part is I know I owe someone an appology but I'm pregnant and do I really have to say I'm sorry for my actions while being prego ...I mean isn't there something that says always say your sorry when you hurt someone except when you are prego because you can not control your actions or emotions. I think there is if not there should be. I for one am especially more sensitive and emotional than usual. I really think spouses need to take a 101 course" what to expect from a pregnant wife and how to treat her when she gets all bent out of shape" NOTE...argueing back is not the answer!!!! trust me the prego mom turns into prego monster.

I'm not sure why I'm posting this but I guess I have to say I'm a little bit sorry and I also needed to define why I acted this way and hopefully to know that I'm not the only one who is crazy when prego!!!!!

Finally!!!

Woo hoo, today I graduated from jetblue university....which means I start my shift and then in three more weeks I can work from home...no more driving!!!! I will miss my class I was one of 6 out of 30 that didn't speak spanish. The plus of being in a spanish class is they are the friendliess people ever!!!!!! They know how to cook which made me look dumb during lunch here I pull out my smart one from the fridge and they bring out there empanadas and rice and asparagus ...seriously I was so jealous. OH crap they just turned on some techno and ...no please no...yep they are making us dance to get our diploma...I have no rythm whats so ever.....yep I just made a full out of myself my face is temporarily red right now.

I can not believe my baby is three.....seriously I thought Aiden grew up fast but Mason just snuck by. Crazy!!! He is such a little joy to be around he loves to be the goof ball of the family probably because he likes to make people laugh and then when he does he gets really shy and embarrased. He is one of those kids that are really shy and intimid by others but once you get to know him thats when the teasing begins he loves to tease and thinks its hilarous when people try to tickle him ....what kid likes to be tickled and to be chased? uhm only mason. He loves to make up games and play games he loves to play his hungry hungry hippo and always beats mommy.

His favorite things to do.....

Puzzles... again and again and again and then redo it again. Yes mom can put his puzzles together in less than one minute now.

He loves to ride his scooter that was his favorite thing to do until a few weeks ago when he finally learned how to pedal on his own and now he loves to ride his thomas bike.

He also alternates his scooter, and bike with his mcqueen powerwheels which he will go for hours on that thing. The things we buy our kids to keep them entertained is priceless....

Ultimately he loves to play with his mqueen cars i think he has collected almost all of them now.

He has a love and hate for his nursery class..sunday morning he notices that the day is a little bit different has a suspicion that its church day he will ask and then its none stop crying "i don't want to go to church" until he gets into his class and then he is all smiles when you pick him up. His teacher says he is the only one that loves to sing. I'm not sure where he got that from but I'm glad.

He is such a good kid and truly a loveable little boy he loves to make people happy and has such a sincere and very sensitive heart you just look at him the wrong way and he will cry. So I don't have to use timeout very often.



He loves loves books and movies and loves to role play every movie.....his new one is hes Bolt and I'm Penny and dads the green eyed man and Aiden is Rhino and he acts out Bolt so good. He also loves to play Batman but only when he has his special cape on. Every day he asks us who we are going to be for today but usually I'm Penny.

His favorite word is Poop and fart I don't know where he got those from but he over uses those two words to the point where I'm embarrased because he always says it. He says he is Mason poop Magleby and Daddy is Micah fart Magleby...yes I know our kids are so proper but they only learn from the best...there Dad!

Back to work!!

After a year of trying to get on with jetblue since I got hired last January and then they stopped all hiring because of gas prices I finally got on last week...woohoo!!! They called at a perfect time too. I started last week so this is my third day of full time work. I am so not used to it since I have been home with my kids for over a year. It's sad to not spend every minute with them and I'm always wondering what they are doing but I'm only gone for 6 weeks then I get to work from home. Hopefully it all works out since it has to be quiet during my shift. I'm excited. Micah is way excited to be able to fly for free although i'm not quite sure when that will happen since it's hard to get a day off.

I have to say I am ready for bed and it's only 5:30 but I guess being awake at 4:30 am will do that to you. Anyways I'm off to Masons t-ball and then hopefully off to bed...oh the sound of that sounds so relaxing I can't wait.

ITS A GIRL..... ITS A BOY!!!!!!

So this whole time I thought for sure it was going to be a girl. This one was so different from the last two. Meaning I was sicker and I couldn't eat any of the foods that I ate with my boys and my hair was a ton dryer, just little things that I thought, but then deep inside I did have that feeling that it would probably be a boy. Which it is....yep I am having another boy and excited. Although my boys really wanted a little sister. The three boys will be a blast. I wanted to post the ultra sound picture but my camera broke which would be the fourth camera that has been broken but this time I have to say that it was not me it was Micah so he can't get mad at me. He he.

Finally after four months of crapiness. I am feeling a ton better. Thank goodness!!!! Especially for my kids sake they needed there mom back. ( Hello...anybody where are you?) haha that is masons little voice calling right now from the kitchen wondering where everyone is at. I better get back.

New one on the way!!

Sorry to those who follow this blog that it hasent been updated for a while, both of us have been wickedly addicted to facebook it seems lately and have been neglecting the blog.

The latest and greatest news is that sping I think is finaly here!! And with spring brings new life, well the anoucement of life anyway. We are expecting another addition to our family the end of Sep. sometime, and all of us are very exited. Aiden came up to me and said" You are going to be the boss of me, and I am the boss of Mason, and Mason is going to be the boss of the baby."

So thats why.....

Aiden wont sleep in his bed....
I got the boys bunk beds from ikea a year ago and Aiden still won't sleep all night in his own bed. I finally found out why yesterday.

We were getting ready for bed and I said Aiden go get in your bed ...usually he falls asleep in my bed since Micah is gone all week, but this time micah was home. Aiden said no I want to go to your bed. I said well daddy will come sleep with you until you fall asleep then he said NO the bed will fall on Mason and I said no it won't and then he continued to say yes it will, YOU said stuff from Ikea always breaks. I had to think about it for a second and yep I did say that like a year ago ( I said that so long ago when our TV stand broke and a dresser from Ikea broke too.) I just can't believe he remembered. I had to reinsure him that it won't break because its not made out of wood. So hopefully it won't break.


Aiden learns another meaning for FROZEN.....The other night his wii wouldn't work and I said it froze. So he calls micah because dad can fix everything and after he hung up Aiden said it's so warm in here though and it took me a second and then I just started laughing. I had to tell him that when the screen doesn't move that we say that the screen froze maybe I should use another word for that. It was so funny.

January has come to an end....

I can't believe it's already February....usually January drags on forever for me and this time it went speedy fast. Which is good ...spring is getting closer.

January is the most depressing month of all months just because its always so cold it hasn't been that bad though.

Here is a few things we have done to keep us sane for the cold months.

My mom took us bowling which is fun but seriously with 4 little kids it was no fast game we were there forever. Aiden is the know it all which is good he keeps track of the rest of the kids and tells them when its there turn He actually won all of us including me. (sigh) Someone said to me that I should of put the bumpers up, the sad thing is they were. My skills of bowling have disappeared. Aiden tried to be a pro and do what his dad does by spinning the ball and he totally biffed it poor little guy ...that left a bruise.

Stuff this last week.....

The other day was the funniest day. Mason who now is a pro at going poop by himself he also thinks he's big enough to wipe himself too so when I asked him if he was done he said yep and I wiped mom. Well he used the whole toilet paper which was now clogged in the toilet.

Then the next day he said he needed to go so I said okay go ahead a few minutes later he was crying for help. I ran in there and his little feet were just dangling out of the toilet.....he never put the lid down and he was holding on with his little hands as long as he could to go and then his arms gave up and he fell in the toilet...( he was pretty strong to last that long)

He learned a lesson that day to put the toilet seat down before sitting on it

Then after he stopped crying he said "mom was that funny" haha!

That day he also created the perfect butterfly with no help with his legos he did pretty good I thought for a two year old.

Cute moments

After Mason got all of his hair cut off the next morning. He said " mom, I want to go to Tom's and get my hair back. " and I said "bud you can't its all gone." He said, "no it's at Tom's I want to get my hair an Aidens an Daddy's hair." It was so cute. I think finally he realizes he's not getting it back ...well for now he's not. And Aiden loves his hair cut ....because he doesn't have to comb it.

Tommy's hair shaving party!!!!

Tonight we had Tommy's hair shaving party whom was diagnosed with luekemia 5 weeks ago since his little hair will be falling out soon from the medication. We all got to join in and shave all the boysies hair just like little Tommy. I think that we set the record for the most boys getting there hair shaved at the same time. It was fun , Aiden enjoyed shaving Ali's and Dads hair and a little bit of Masons.

Fun in the snow

The first time this year sledding our favorite thing to do in the winter. It was a perfect day to go. Sun was out and it wasn't too cold.

Masons favorite thing was eating the snow.

Aiden loves it,him and Mason were racing each other until Aiden crashed and Mason's sled ran over Aidens head then racing wasn't much fun.

They went off little jumps that were made I sent Mason down and he went off a jump accidently but he loved it. The next time I pushed him down he started crying at the bottom of the hill i thought he got hurt but then he started crying I wanted the jump. Haha. Apparently he loves going off the jump.
